Competition: STREAT Cookbook Giveaway
You know that I’m a big fan of STREAT, which is a social enterprise that provides young homeless people in Melbourne with hospitality training and work experience.
Well last night STREAT launched their new cookbook and officially opened their new cafe at Melbourne Central, which joins the cafes in Flemington and McKillop Street in supporting and training young people at risk of homelessness.
The hardcover cookbook contains recipes from around the world created by STREAT’s head chef Rob Auger, as well as a foreword and recipe from Poh.
And I have one of the cookbooks to give away. Read on!
What you need to do:
To win a copy of the cookbook, leave me a comment on this post. Make sure you include a valid email address when you comment β it wonβt be published, but I’ll use it to contact you if you win.
This competition is open to Australian residents only and entries will close midnight Monday 13 May. A winner will be drawn randomly.
If you don’t win, you can buy a copy from www.streat.com.au. Also go and visit one of their cafes. They’re good!
Update: This competition has now closed. Congratulations to Keren! Yay. π
Thanks to Streat, Melbourne Central and AMPR for the prize. Photos in this post are courtesy of Streat.

I would love to add this onto my bookshelf to add with the Good Food guide!!! The issue of homelessness is so overlooked in this country!
