Taste of Melbourne is back! This year it’s in a brand new shiny location at Albert Park Lake from Thursday 15 November – Sunday 18 November.
And thanks to Hothouse Media and Taste of Melbourne, I have 5 double passes to give away that can be used for the Thursday and Friday sessions.
Restaurants involved this year include:
To win a double pass, leave a comment on this post telling me which restaurant’s food you’d most like to try. Make sure you include a valid email address when you comment – it won’t be published, but I’ll use it to contact you if you win.
This competition will close at 10am on Saturday 10 November, and I’ll draw the winners randomly. Good luck!

Update: This competition has now closed. Congratulations to Nisha, Biren, Christine, Trish and Jac.

I’d LOVE to try some of Mamasita’s menu – we moved interstate just before it opened, and now we’ve just moved back to Melbourne, so I think it’s time.
Also Movida, because we made a booking for an anniversary dinner years ago there, and then forgot to actually go (ducks for cover), so we’ve been scared to go back in case we’re on some strange black list (lol).

EASY! Firstly, an entree of charred corn smothered in queso fresco from Mamasita, followed by Dorper Lamb Ribs with Peas and Mint from Aylesbury, then indulging in the desserts from Mr Hive Kitchen Bar – Bliss!

Will have to say Mamasita to see what all the fuss was about. Went there when it first opened and wasn’t blown away, and am always bewildered to walk past on my way home and see lines onto street before 6pm no matter what day

The restaurant I’d love to try most is definitely Mamasita! I’ve been dying to go there but the queue is always so long so this will be a great chance to give it a go. And I’d love to try desserts from Mr. Hive Kitchen & Bar.
