Apple and Olive Oil Pudding
When Penny from [Addictive and Consuming] asked me to cook a recipe using olive oil, I jumped at the opportunity and made an apple and olive oil pudding. Check out her blog and enter the competition to win one of eight bottles of Manzanillo Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Good luck!

Hiya Agnes!
This looks marvelous! I am quite curious as to introducing olive oil in cooking, especially in sweets!
Your pudding, has won me! I’m ever more curious now. I’ve recently just tried Koko Black’s special edition chocolate for Grossi Florentino, came in saffron, red wine, Gianduja and OLIVE OIL. There wasn’t a distinct olive oil taste in that piece of chocolate whatsover… hmm *wonders* Like it didn’t taste ‘grassy’ at all? It had a sheeny ganache look though haha.

Hi Lingy! Did you enter the comp for the olive oil? If you win, then you can try the pudding! ๐ There was a faint “grassy” flavour in the pudding – it was very nice!

Ha ha! I just entered! ๐
I still haven’t tried making the lemon tart yet, but I bet it would be a must during warmer days especially. It is still cold and I must give this pudding a go, if I win that bottle of olive oil hehe!
